I will look into this.
Meanwhile, here are two quick fixes for the cut-off button that might work:
a) Slightly resize the plugin window from the bottom right corner (it seems you have a little room left).
b) Change the OS DPI settings from Default to More Spaced.
What issues are you having with the vector export? Does it not export anything, or does it export an empty frame?
